Gradient Rainbow Hues
Welcome fellow queerfolk and friends. "Gay means happy" is a phrase I have found comfort in over the years, especially when I hadn't yet found my people. Today I'm using this domain as the site for my shop, where I get to share my art with the world, and maybe even sell a piece or two.

Curio and Crucible

I'm a curious person [all puns intended]. My curiosity has led me to learn how to make things out of glass, metal, leather, ceramics, and wood. Most of my items are at least inspired by pre-1600 artifacts.

About the Artisan

Curio and Crucible is the lifework of a maker dedicated to the material culture of the past. Specializing in historically accurate pre-1600 recreations, we explore the intersection of beauty and utility through glass, metal, leather, and wood. Each piece is born from scholarly research and period-correct methods, forged to serve the modern historian and reenactor seeking a tangible, authentic connection to history.
